AT the beginning of the year, we were invited by the client to visit the site of the 15T/H detergent powder project, which is currently undergoing debugging.     The entire factory installation has been completed, and with the joint efforts of both parties, the factory has the production capacity of targeted in the contract, with a grand and beautiful appearance. The customer highly appreciated and unanimously affirmed the appearance, equipment quality, and installation quality of the entire project.     On the second day of our arrival, formal debugging began; Within just a few hours, not only qualified laundry detergent powder was produced in one go; According to the customer, it surpassed the quality of the powder produced by any existing factory of the customer's plant. For the high-quality laundry detergent that can be produced in just a few hours at one- time debugging, customers have given high recognition and gratitude to the entire equipment, our professionalism, and the efforts of our on-site team.     Afterwards, the client held a series of meetings with us to discuss the follow-up continuous debugging work and the improvement of the remaining work.     We are glad that our efforts have not been in vain, and our customers have seen the final successful product. It's not just our equipment and the high-quality laundry detergent we produce, but also the result of our design, equipment, installation, debugging, and the efforts of our staff.        

THERE was a project we had with a client back to 2010 in Saudi Arabia, after it's been finished around 2014; Due to the client's reason, the project as well as the factory has been suspended since then, and it's been more than 10 years that the factory was sitting there and not been operated till recently.     At the beginnging of the year, the client reached us with the determination of re-operating their factory, and after 6 months of efforts, we had carried out a series of works such as, starting from on-site inspection, to determine the issues may arise; prepare checking list for the client to do further self-checking; and to sent out a professional team to the site again for recitification works etc. And finally, it was a great achievement that the long-suspended factory once agin put in use, and with our team's professional works, the commissioning was a great success with one-time attempt. Qualified powder was produced in one -time debugging.     It was our pleasure and honor to helped the client to put the long-suspended (10 years) factory back to its purpose, and also showed the quality of professionalism that our team possessed. As well as the fine works our team are able to carry out, and the professional attitude our engineers and experienced workers are equipped.     Once again, our works were recognized by the client, and therefore, we were praised by our customer.

IN 2023, AnhuiMingzhi Chemical equipment engineering Co.Ltd was able to keep multiple projects operating at the same time throughout the whole year, the Uzbekistan 3T/H detergent powder project was one of them, and yet, is to be one of the most successful projects.   Starting from the design of the production line, fabrication and manufacturing of the washing powder equipment, till the installation and debugging works, all carried out by AnhuiMingzhi Chemical Equipment Engineering Co.Ltd.    During the fall, an excellent team with 6 engineers executed the installation guidiance work, including installation and production guidance, debugging production, and training delivery for use. Instead of EPC, our client provided the workers by themselves and we were able to send 6 experienced engineers to the site for guiding work. Among the team, there were previous Unilever process engineer, experienced equipment engineer who had installed and debugged more than 10 successful projects within his career life. The whole job was able to be finished within designed period and all works have been yet again, highly approved and praised by the customer.    This project became another successful case for us and, upcoming projects from the very same client are under the process of negoiation and discussion with us as the result of the job have been beautifully done.            

SODIUM silicate is one of the important parts of detergent powder. AnhuiMingzhi is able to carry out EPC projects as the EPC contractor for both laundry powder production lines and liquid detergent production lines. In addition, sodium silicate production line is another one of our specialties.    Saudi Arabia 2.5T/H sodium silicate project finished and put in production in 2023. Like many other EPC projects, it was designed in-house with our most professional engineers, all equipment was fabricated within by our experienced workers, installed and debugged by our team.            

  BACK in 2006, a team from our company was sent to the project site in Middle East area for 6 months of installation and debugging work of a 150,000 tons washing powder project. Through effective communication with the client as well as undertaking Unilever Project Management Model, the progress was undergoing smoothly and the job was managed to finished one month earlier than originally planned. The quality of the entire team has been highly praised by the client.    

BESIDES international projects, AnhuiMingzhi Chemical Equipment Engineering Co.Ltd's footprints covers most major places where detergent production factory exists all over China. Such as washing powder production factory in Xinjiang, and this one from Shandong, a 30000 tons liquid detergent production line from Min Ying.   It is another example of EPC project. AnhuiMingzhi has designed the production line, fabricated all non-standard equipment and carried out installation and debugging works. One of the highlights of this project is the precise measurement of ingredients, and the synchronization of AES homogenization and ingredients.    

EACH equipment serves different purposes. It is not rare to see multi-purposed equipment and parts in the daily chemical industry. The dust removal system for instance, it can not only be used in powder detergent production lines, such parts can also be applied to food production lines.   Chacha food Thailand used our dust removal system for its food production line. It was another EPC project we had won among other competitors worldwide.  The design was specifically based on the characteristics of its food production factory and the fabrication of equipment was again finished in-house; a professional team was sent to the site for installation and debugging work. Great compliments was given to us at the end of the project from our client.    

IN 2016, Maynmar Unilever was looking for a contractor to execute their detergent powder upgrade project, they had reached AnhuiMingzhi Chemical Equipment Engineering Co.Ltd for carrying out such work.    It has been pointed out that we've done excellent work by upgrading the capacity of their washing powder production line from the original 8T/H to 10T/H based on the existing conditions. The equipment we had fabricated for the modification project in order to upgrade the capacity was highly approved and praised by the customer, such as belt conveyor, zeolite LIW, soda ash LIW and color particle LIW.   The result amazed the client, and the liquid detergent modification project has become one of their most successful production line. It's been running smoothly since then and appreciated not only by the client in terms of business outcome, but their engineering team when it comes to the easement of operation and maintenance.
